Funny that as soon as Microsoft blatantly copied every aspect of the Apple store in their own stores for no reason other than to copy them, Apple decides that some things about their stores are bad so they change them. Namely they are going from multi-colored shirts for each type of employee, to having one color shirt for everyone, as customers found the multi-colored shirts confusing and usually didn’t understand the distinction between say a Genius and a Creative. But instead of Microsoft thinking about how to make their stores good in their own way, they copied Apple, even the bad parts.
Also they will use iPod Touches now instead of those horrible little PDA things they have used for a long time. About time. I hated those things when I worked there.
